The Studio
One Dev. One Engine. A Little Jadu.
“Jadu” means magic — and that's the whole philosophy. JADU Game Studio is an independent, one-developer game studio from India, making games with Unity since 2023. No publishers, no committees, no crunch (well — except for the game literally named Crunch Dash).
What We Make
Focused on Three Disciplines
Small studio, wide range. Every project is a chance to level up a different skill tree.
2D Games
Precision platformers, emotional puzzle-journeys like Hold On, and jam experiments. In 2D, feel and readability are everything — every jump, every pixel earns its place.
3D Games
From the wooden worlds of Centrico to top-down shooters like Welcome — approachable 3D that runs smoothly everywhere, with physics that feel satisfying rather than fussy.
Mobile Experiences
Games designed for thumbs first: touch controls that actually feel good, sessions that respect your battery and your time, and fair free-to-play models. 20K+ installs and counting.
The Journey
From Jam Rookie to 25K+ Installs
The first build
JADU Game Studio boots up. A solo developer with Unity, a laptop, and a stubborn refusal to ship anything boring. Early jam entries like Challenge "BUG" and Folly's Veil teach the fundamentals fast.
Shipping for real
Welcome, Hold On and Street Restaurant Simulator land on itch.io. Scope gets smarter, polish gets heavier, and a Discord community starts forming around the games.
Mobile success & jam hustle
Centrico: Hardest 3D Roll crosses 10,000+ downloads on Google Play, while Summer Shore Hustle — a full beach-shop sim built in 20 days — drops on itch.io and Playgama.
Crunch Dash & beyond
The arcade runner Crunch Dash enters production for Android, the website you're standing on goes live, and the total download counter pushes past 20K across all platforms. GG so far — but we're just getting started. 🎮
