This Privacy Policy describes how JADU Game Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit our website (the portfolio and game showcase site you are currently browsing). This policy covers the website only — each of our games has its own separate privacy policy, linked from that game's page.

1. Information We Collect

This website is fully static. We do not run our own analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising on it, and we do not require an account. The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily type into the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message (and optional subject) you choose to send

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via a third-party relay (EmailJS) and are used solely to respond to you.

2. How We Use Information

  • To reply to your inquiry, feedback, or bug report
  • To keep a record of the conversation if we continue corresponding

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing emails through this website.

3. Third-Party Services

While browsing this website you may encounter embedded or linked third-party services:

  • YouTube — game trailer embeds. Clicking play may subject you to Google's Privacy Policy and cookies.
  • EmailJS — transmits contact form messages to our inbox. See the EmailJS Privacy Policy.
  • itch.io / Google Play / Playgama — external store pages we link to. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
  • Discord — our community server invite links point to Discord, which is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

This website itself does not set cookies and does not use local storage for tracking. Any cookies you encounter come from the third-party embeds listed above (e.g., YouTube after you press play).

5. Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, after which they may be deleted at our discretion. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. Our games may have their own children's-privacy terms — see each game's individual privacy policy.
